Happy Friday MAMA’S, we made it!!! This one is long winded but, it’s the New Year and I know everyone is doing it but this year I really have resolved to carve out time for myself and make working out a priority.  Being an athlete my whole life I use to work out religiously, it was such a huge part of my life.  I worked out through both of my pregnancies and then this last year with the kids being so young and close in age, running a business, I just kept making excuses that I didn’t have the time.  However, workout totally effects my mood, I’m literally a WAY happier, more efficient person when I workout, I just am, so I have resolved to recommit to my health and fitness.  With that said I found @iheartmacros through the amazing mama @jennaskitchen (who if you aren’t following you really should, I promise you won’t be disappointed, this girl is real and vulnerable, and totally relate able) and while I don’t use her for coaching or her macro plan (although I may in the future) I purchased her WHIP workout program and I am OBSESSED!!! I’m two weeks and it’s totally kicking my ass in all the best ways.  I went with this one as I am a big believer in mixing high intensity cardio with weights, but anyway you should check it out.  I didn’t want to spend time searching hte web to build my own workout and I felt like this was a great, affordable option.
