This group is about persistence and accountability, encouragement and community. This is not about hustle culture or having a taskmaster. These are small curated accountability groups of creative entrepreneurs that meet weekly to support and encourage one another in making forward progress in their creative careers and lives. Weekly small group calls take place on zoom and are led and facilitated by me, a former creative service manager who’s superpower lies in ideation, encouragement, and project management.

Hi! I’m Ryann, and I’m so glad you are here!
I’m a surface pattern designer, illustrator, and creative entrepreneur just like you! For the past 17 years, I’ve been deeply entrenched in the world of e-commerce and project management. I have done it all…literally! I have been a buyer, and creative service manager, a brand manager, a marketing director, a director of operations and I’ve even built and run my own product-based business manufacturing both here in the US and overseas. Throughout my career, I have been the integrator in building multiple businesses into multi-million dollar companies from the ground up and alongside my husband, we have built and managed a 6 figure rental property business as well. When it comes to finding a way to get things done, there is nothing I can’t figure out…truly. I thrive on problem-solving, and I have a natural ability for identifying the steps that need to be taken while clearly seeing creative paths or alternative routes that others can’t. I am scrappy and I am a natural leader that strongly believes in the power of getting in the trenches with my teams and finding ways to make it happen. Creatives are my people, ideation and project management are my superpowers and these groups have been on my heart for a long time as they are exactly what I and so many others need to thrive as we build businesses of our own. I hope they are every bit as beneficial to you as they have been to me.

Community & Accountability groups
Join other creatives just like you who are looking for accountability, support, and encouragement from a community of like-minded creatives from around the world who are working towards their dreams and career goals.
How does it work?
Once you’re signed up we will have an individual 1-on-1 call so I have a clear understanding of where you are, where you want to go, and how I can help support you in getting there. From there you will be placed into a small curated group (4-6 members) that will meet via zoom for 1 hour each week. On our group calls, we will dive into your current projects, what’s working, what’s not working, any roadblocks, plus a check-in to make sure your current tasks and projects are in alignment with your goals. I will offer support and guidance in creating processes and roadmaps to help guide you towards your goals.

Success in reaching our goals is often determined by our consistency and persistence. While it seems easy in theory to show up for our goals day after day, over and over again almost all creative entrepreneurs know how incredibly difficult that can be without having any sort of accountability or support along the way. It becomes even more difficult in the slow beginnings, muddy middle, or expansion stages of our businesses where growth and success aren’t immediately being seen. This group will show up for you week after week, we’ll check-in, we’ll show you your blind spots, encourage you when things feel hard, and most importantly support you in where you are today and where you’re planning to be tomorrow.
Community
Being a creative entrepreneur can feel incredibly isolating and finding a strong community of peers to ask questions, navigate roadblocks, brainstorm with, and validate new ideas can feel like a unicorn of a task. Our small curated groups are focused on working creatives who aren’t necessarily seeking the deep dive information of a course but rather are looking for a community and space to be held accountable by their peers, to ask questions, brainstorm solutions, and share resources amongst other creative entrepreneurs. I know first hand the need for this kind of space and community as I too have struggled to find a community of like minded creative peers. Once I was able to find accountability, the doors unlocked, not because I was given a special key or a secret ingredient, but because I started showing up consistently week after week. I truly have benefited the most over the years when I have external accountability and insight from a group of peers or close group of creative friends. These groups are built around community and the idea that we all actively participate in listening, receiving, and giving which in turn creates a rising tide where we all rise together.
Planning
“A goal without a plan is just a wish.” In this group, you will get clear on our goals, and the roadmap to get you there. Having a clear vision of your 12 month and 6 month goals allows us to create a structure for the processes and tasks surrounding those goals. Once you have determined where you want to go we will work together to reverse engineer the tasks that need to be completed in order for you to successfully get there. Each meeting will start with a recurring agenda that touches on the previous week’s tasks, a look forward to the week ahead, and quick check-in to ensure the tasks align with our goals and move us towards reaching them. At the beginning of each month you will receive a monthly planning sheet that will include a task and habit tracker.
